Meet Dr. Earl J. Campazzi, Jr.
M.D., M.P.H., M.H.S., M.B.A.
Dr. Earl J. Campazzi has trained and practiced at some of the finest medical institutions in the country and is board certificated in both Preventive and Occupational Medicine. For several of his fourteen years practicing medicine, Dr. Campazzi was on staff at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. There he provided medical care to Mayo Clinic’s physicians and employees and was a clinical instructor for their medical school. Dr. Campazzi completed his medical training at Johns Hopkins and had the honor of serving as chief resident of his program.

Dr. Campazzi recommends that even if you think you have had the 2009 H1N1 Flu, you get this vaccine.
- The 2009 H1N1 vaccine administration is usually
covered by insurance.
- Uninsured patients will be charged a $20 administration fee upfront.
- There is no cost for the vaccine itself, which has been provided by the government at no cost to Island Medical Care.
